Bright Smart Securities & Commodities (01428) said its net profit for the year ended 31 March 2018 rose 89.8% year-on-year to HK$516 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK30.41 cents.
Revenue amounted to HK$944 million, an increase of 67.9% from a year earlier. Benefitting from the substantial growth in the total turnover of the Hong Kong stock market, the Group's revenue for the past year increased significantly.
The proposed final dividend is HK9.1 cents (2017: HK4.8 cents) per share, payable on 20 July.
