Carpenter Tan (00837) said it has been notified by Lead Charm Investments Limited, one of the controlling shareholders of the company, that it has entered into an agreement on 13 July 2018 with an independent third party to sell 2 million shares of the company held by Lead Charm for HK$10 million. The disposal of the sale shares will take place on 28 July 2018.
As at 15 July 2018, Lead Charm owned 170 million shares of the company, representing 68.23% of the issued share capital of the company.
After completion of the disposal, Lead Charm will own 168 million shares of the company, representing 67.43% of the issued share capital of the company.
