ESR Cayman Limited (01821) said SK Holdings Co., Ltd. , a shareholder of the company, has entered into a placing agreement with placing agents to sell part of its shareholding interest in the company, representing approximately 4.6% of the company's issued share capital, at a price of HK$22.50 per placing share.
Following the completion, SK will hold approximately 6.4% of the company's issued share capital and will cease to be a substantial shareholder.
