Daiwa raised its target price for Haier Smart Home (06690) (HSH) to HK$34.1 from HK$27.6 and maintained its "outperform" rating.
The research house said management of HSH noted that its monthly sales in 1Q21 have achieved record highs each month, and believes the momentum could be sustained for the rest of the year.
Although the near-term concerns on raw material costs would remain, the research house believes HSH is well-positioned to offset the inflationary pressure.
