Geely Auto (00175) sales volume up 24% in February

    Geely Automobile (00175) said the total sales volume of the Group for February stayed at high level of 110,243 units, an increase of about 24% over the same period last year despite less number of working days in the month of February due to Chinese New Year holiday.
  The total sales volume in the first two months of 2018 was 265,332 units, an increase of about 38% from the same period last year, and achieving 17% of the Group's full year sales volume target of 1.58 million units in 2018.
  The Group's exports volume was down around 4% year-on-year to 1,579 units in the first two months of 2018. During the first two months of 2018, the Group's total sales volume in the China market was 263,753 units (including the sales volume of LYNK & CO-branded vehicles sold by the Group's 50%-owned joint venture), an increase of around 39% from the same period last year.
