Hanergy Thin Film Power (00566) said it expects its revenue and profit for the six months ended 30 June 2018 will increase significantly by 6 times and over 25 times respectively in comparison with the same period in 2017.
Such increases are primarily attributable to the great technological breakthrough of the company, strong support from national policies on the industries of thin film power generation, mobile energy, high-end equipment manufacturing as well as new energies and new materials, development of new markets and obtaining a number of new clients and innovative projects, enabling the upstream business of the company to achieve significant progress during the period.
The group's interim results will be published on 30 August.
