LVGEM (China) Real Estate Investment Company Limited (00095) said for the year ended 31 December 2019, the group is expected to record an increase in the net profit attributable to the owners of the company by not less than 35% as compared with the previous year.
Such increase was mainly due to (i) a robust growth in revenue and gross profit from the segment of real estate development and sales; and an increase in the fair value of the investment properties of the group.
