<ET Net News Agency, 16 May 2012> Emperor International (00163) announced the
conclusion of the legal proceeding regarding "The Pulse", one of the key property
investment portfolios to be launched in 2012, with the land premium agreed at HK$798
million.
The land premium will be financed by the internal resources of the group and fully
settled within three months.
