Longfor Properties (00960) said it achieved aggregated contracted sales of Rmb9.13 billion for the first three months of 2014 and contracted sales in terms of GFA of 840,000 square metres.
In March, the Group recorded contracted sales of Rmb4.06 billion, up 100% month-on-month with contracted sales in terms of GFA amounting to 341,000 square metres, up 62% month-on-month.
