Greentown China (03900) said the group sold 1,679 units in March, with total saleable area of around 280,000 square metres. Monthly sales reached about Rmb6.8 billion, an increase of 13.3% from a year earlier, with an average selling price of Rmb24,308 per square metre.
The growth in March contracted sales dropped sharply from the 100% rise in the same period last year.
For the three months ended 31 March 2014, Greentown Group recorded a total saleable area of 530,000 square metres, while its total contracted sales reached about Rmb12.1 billion, of which about Rmb5.8 billion was attributable to the Group.
As of 31 March 2014, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group recorded subscription sales of Rmb4.7 billion, of which about Rmb2.2 billion was attributable to the Group.
