China Leason CBM & Shale Gas Group (08270) said it agreed to issue HK$51 million 10% unsecured and unlisted fixed rate notes due 2015.
The estimated net proceeds of about HK$50.59 million will be applied for or towards the payment of any fees, costs and expenses under, or in connection with, the issuance of the notes or the transactions contemplated by the instrument; the making of any loan or advance to any of its subsidiaries; and/or financing the working capital requirements of any member of the Group.
