China Environmental Investment (00260) said it agreed to acquire from indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Sinogas Company Limited 10% equity interest in Xinzheng Sinogas Company Limited for Rmb921,230.
Upon completion, China Environmental Investment's effective equity interest in Xinzheng will increase from 96.94% to 100%.
Xinzheng is principally engaged in the management and operation of CNG refueling stations in the PRC. It currently operates one CNG refueling station in Henan Province.
