Gemdale Properties and Investment Corporation (00535) said it was successful in its bid for a land located at Hangzhou for about Rmb301.98 million.
The land is situated at the northwest of Gu Dun Lu Kou, Jin Du Bei Lu and the junction of Liang Zhu Jie Dao of Yu Hang District and San Dun Zhen of Xi Hu District, Hangzhou. It has a site area of about 25,139 square metres with a maximum permissible gross floor area of around 100,556 square metres. The land is designated for commercial and business purpose.
