Chinlink International (00997) said it succeeded in a bid at the tender for 4 parcels of adjoining land located at Hantai District, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province at Rmb98.05 million.
The land is about to be developed as a construction material wholesale and logistics centre with features such as product market places, warehouses and other supporting facilities with a total site area of about 326.82 mou (217,881 square metres). The term of the land use rights of the land is 40 years and 70 years for commercial usage and residential usage respectively.
Chinlink considers that the opportunity to participate in the development of the park will enable the Group to expand into the integrated trade and logistics centre business in the PRC, and will diversify the Group's business and revenue base.
