Legend Strategy (01355) said it agreed to place a maximum of 43.5 million shares at HK$0.79 apiece, representing a discount of about 17.71% to the closing price of HK$0.96.
The placing shares represent about 16.62% of the enlarged issued share capital of Legend Strategy.
The estimated net proceeds of about HK$33.3 million will be used for the repayment of liabilities and general working capital of the Group.
