China ITS (01900) said it expects to record a lower gross profit and a net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2014, as compared to the gross profit and net profit for the same period in 2013.
Such decline in financial results was mainly attributable to the overall industry slowdown in the urban traffic sector, progress delay in the expressway sector and a one-off financial write-off as a result of a subsidiary disposal.
Its interim results announcement is expected to be released next month.
