Link Holdings (08237) said it expects to record a significant decline of about 75% in profit for the six months ended 30 June 2014 as compared to the corresponding period in 2013.
The decline was primarily attributable to slightly decease in the revenue of about 10%; the non-recurring expenses in connection with the listing of the shares of the company on the GEM; and the absence of interest income received from a company controlled by controlling shareholders.
Its interim results announcement is expected to be published on 14 August.
