Vigers Research said three adjacent shops on Lockhart Road in Wan Chai have been bought for HK$200 million without negotiation. They have a combined area of 1,821 square feet, representing a HK$109,800 per square foot.
Separately, a shop and the whole first floor on Ship Street in Wan Chai with a total area of 4,200 square feet were sold for HK$95 million, or HK$19,000 per square foot.
