China Overseas Grand Oceans Group (COGO) (00081) said its property contracted sales amounted to HK$1,508 million in August, an increase of 31.1% from a month earlier, and contracted GFA reached 144,600 square metres.
For the first eight months of 2014, the total property contracted sales amounted to HK$10,878 million and the total contracted GFA reached 988,600 square metres. As at the end of August 2014, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,020 million and the subscription GFA reached 66,800 square metres.
