Time Watch Investments (02033) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2014 rose 45.1% year-on-year to HK$309.9 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK14.9 cents.
The revenue was HK$2,402.4 million, an increase of 25.6% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin improved from about 60.6% to 65%.
The proposed final and special dividend is HK3 cents (2013: HK3 cents) and HK2 cents (2013: HK2 cents) per share, payable on or about 10 December.
