Solartech International (01166) said its loss attributable to owners for year ended 30 June 2014 narrowed to HK$37.71 million from HK$415 million for the previous financial year.
Its basic and diluted loss per share was HK6 cents.
The turnover was HK$804 million, an increase of 33.7% from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
