GuocoLand, a subsidiary of Guoco Group (00053) and listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, reported a profit attributable to owners of S$26.97 million for the first quarter ended 30 September 2014, a decrease of 67.8% from a year earlier.
Revenue of GuocoLand dropped 4.4% year-on-year to S$224 million.
GuocoLeisure, another subsidiary of Guoco Group and listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, recorded profit attributable to owners of US$16.6 million for the first quarter ended 30 September 2014, an increase of 0.6% from a year earlier. Revenue and other income amounted to US$117.7 million, down 4.9% year-on-year.
