United Energy (00467) said the board has resolved to award 5.8 million new shares as the scheme shares to 629 employees in Pakistan.
It shall cause to be paid the subscription money for the new shares at HK$1.12 each from the company's resources to the Trustee, which shall subscribe for the shares for cash.
Upon allotment of the new shares, the Trustee will hold them on trust for the employees and will transfer them to the employees at no cost.
