Starlite (00403) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 September 2014 rose 8.6% year-on-year to HK$18.68 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK3.56 cents.
The revenue was HK$902 million, an increase of 5.7% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK1 cent (2013: HK1 cent and a special dividend of HK0.5 cent) per share, payable on 9 February 2015.
