China Water Affairs (00855) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 September 2014 rose 50.9% year-on-year to HK$236 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK16.88 cents.
The revenue was HK$1,355.5 million, an increase of 18.4% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK3 cents (2013: HK2 cents) per share, payable on or about 30 January 2015.
