China Fiber Optic Network System Group (03777) said the Board of Directors has authorized two executive directors to repurchase up to 5% of the company's issued shares (equal to 87.3 million shares) on behalf of the company within the next one month.
The actual number of shares and time for the repurchase will depend on volatility of the company's share price.
