Pico Far East (00752) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 October 2014 rose 13.9% year-on-year to HK$240 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were HK19.77 cents and HK19.72 cents.
The turnover was HK$3,833 million, an increase of 15.5% from a year earlier.
The proposed final dividend is HK6 cents (2013: HK5.5 cents) per share, payable on 10 April.
