Fantasia (01777) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 December 2014 rose 3.3% year-on-year to Rmb1,255 million.
Its basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb22 cents.
The revenue was Rmb7,306 million, an increase of 0.4% from a year earlier. The group's gross profit margin was 38.4% in 2014, same as that in 2013, maintaining at a relatively high level within the industry. Total contract sales for the year of 2014 was over Rmb10.214 billion and reached around 102.14% of the Group's annual sales target of Rmb10 billion.
The core net profit (excluding change in fair value of investment properties, recognition of change in fair value of completed properties for sale upon transfer to investment properties and foreign exchange gains and losses) for the year was Rmb1,076 million, as compared to Rmb1,027 million in 2013.
The proposed final dividend is HK5.39 cents (2013: HK6.68 cents) per share.
