Man Sang International (00938) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended 31 March 2015 dropped 75.4% year-on-year to HK$9.095 million.
The basic and diluted earnings per share were HK0.84 cent.
The revenue was HK$73.37 million, a decrease of 11.5% from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
