Melbourne Enterprises (00158) said it reported a profit attributable to equity holders of HK$360 million for the six months ended 31 March 2015, as compared to the loss of HK$51.38 million for the same period last year.
The basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$14.42.
The revenue was HK$110 million, an increase of 4.9% from a year earlier.
The Board declares an interim dividend of HK$2.2 per share (2014: HK$2.2 per share) for the year ending 30 September 2015, payable by 17 June.
