eForce Holdings (00943) said it agreed to place 160 million new shares at HK$0.395 apiece, representing a discount of about 19.39% to the closing price of HK$0.49.
The placing shares represent around 16.63% of the enlarged issued share capital of eForce.
The estimated net proceeds of about HK$61.1 million will be used for repayment of outstanding indebtedness and general working capital of the Group.
