Mega Expo (01360) said the proposed placing of shares has been lapsed since conditions were not fulfilled.
The lapse has no material adverse impact on the financial and operational position of the Group.
Besides, controlling shareholder Business Good Holdings Limited is currently in discussion with the placing agent on a possible disposal of shares by way of placing.
