Fantasia (01777) said the sales of the group for July was about Rmb1,667 million with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of about 122,159 square metres, an increase of 251% and 62.9% from a year earlier. The average selling price was around Rmb13,646 per square metre.
For the first seven months of 2015, the accumulated sales of the group was about Rmb5,714 million with corresponding GFA sold of about 670,171 square metres, an increase of 151% and 86.6% over the same period last year. The average selling price was Rmb8,526 per square metre.
