China Shengmu Organic Milk (01432) said its profit attributable to the owners of the parent for the six months ended 30 June 2015 rose 19.5% year-on-year to Rmb334 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb5.3 cents and Rmb5.2 cents.
The revenue was Rmb1,384 million, an increase of 52.8% from a year earlier, which was mainly attributable to the fact that the liquid milk business began to play a core driver role. Gross margin decreased from 49% to 46.1%.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
