Evergrande Real Estate (03333) said its net profit attributable to shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2015 rose 32.9% year-on-year to Rmb9,426 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb0.63 and Rmb0.62.
The revenue was Rmb77,743 million, an increase of 22.7% from a year earlier. Gross profit grew 22% year-on-year to Rmb22,069.7 million. The gross profit margin was 28.4%, remaining relatively stable comparing to the corresponding period of last year.
Core business profit rose 56.5% to Rmb10.16 billion.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
