Jingrui Holdings (01862) said it agreed to invest Rmb192 million in Shanghai Shangpu Equity Investment Fund Management Center (Limited Partnership) as a limited partner for the acquisition of Donghai Nanshanyuan Hua'ao Resort.
The resort is the commodity housing acquired by Shangpu Fund at about Rmb427 million, located at No. 1-64, 9181 Nong Hunan Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai with a total building area of 35,677.78 square metres and consisting of 125 low-density residential houses, 42 car parks and one clubhouse.
