Fantasia (01777) said the sales of the group was about Rmb1,093 million in September with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of about 127,928 square metres, a decrease of 35.7% and 46.2% from a year earlier. The average selling price was about Rmb8,544 per square metre.
For the first nine months of 2015, the accumulated sales of the group was about Rmb8,176 million with corresponding GFA sold of about 924,853 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb8,840 per square metre.
