The Lands Department said today the tender for a site, Sha Tin Town Lot No. 617 at On Yiu Street, Shek Mun, Sha Tin, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Jumbo Pacific Limited (parent company: Sun Hung Kai Properties (00016)) on a 50-year land grant at a premium of HK$675.5 million.
Sha Tin Town Lot No. 617 has a site area of about 1,700 square metres and is designated for non-residential (excluding hotel, petrol filling station and residential care home) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 9,690 square metres and 16,150 square metres.
