Tai Cheung (00088) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 September 2015 dropped 57.1% year-on-year to HK$150.6 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK24.4 cents.
The revenue was HK$540.3 million, an increase of 185% from a year earlier.
The decline in profit is mainly attributable to no valuation gain for the reporting period as compared to the valuation gain on the Group's investment property for the same period in 2014.
The proposed interim dividend is HK11 cents (2014: HK11 cents) per share, payable on 7 January 2016.
