Tianyun International (06836) said its chairman and controlling shareholder Yang Ziyuan, through Wealthy Active Limited, acquired on the market an aggregate of 2 million shares, representing 0.2% of the entire issued share capital, at about HK$1.98 million on 23 and 26 November.
Immediately after the acquisition, Yang's shareholding in Tianyun International increased from about 43.68% to 43.88%.
