Sunac China (01918) said the Group achieved a subscription value of Rmb4,230 million in January, and the contracted sales value amounted to Rmb5,810 million, an increase of 2.4% and 5.8% from a year earlier.
The contracted sold area amounted to about 292,000 square metres, with the contracted average selling price of around Rmb19,930 per square metres.
By the end of January, the aggregate subscription value is Rmb2,950 million.
