China SCE Property (01966) said has redeemed an aggregate principal amount of US$350 million outstanding senior notes due 2017 at the redemption price equal to 105.75% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest of US$8.95 million, totaling US$379 million.
The company considers that there will be no material impact on its financial position as a result of the redemption. It has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the withdrawal of the listing of the notes. Such withdrawal of listing is expected to become effective upon the close of business on 18 February 2016.
