Poly Property (00119) said the group recorded contracted sales of about Rmb2.7 billion in January with contracted area sold totaling about 182,000 square metres, an increase of 42.1% and 2.2% from a year earlier.
The accumulative gross floor area of newly commenced construction was about 83,000 square metres for the first month ended 31 January 2016.
