Differ Group (06878) said it agreed to sell the entire issued share capital of DiPro Company Limited for Rmb65 million.
It is estimated that the Group will record an unaudited net gain of about Rmb5.32 million upon completion. Differ Group intends to apply the net sale proceeds of about Rmb64.74 million as general working capital of the Group. The Group will no longer engage in pawn loan business after the disposal.
