China Water Affairs (00855) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2016 rose 48.8% year-on-year to HK$552 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK36.58 cents and HK36.42 cents.
The revenue was HK$4,033 million, an increase of 41.1% from a year earlier. Gross profit grew 40.5% to HK$1,900.5 million.
The proposed final dividend is HK5 cents (2015: HK4 cents) per share, payable on or about 14 October 2016.
