Yuexiu Property (00123) said it acquired a parcel of land located at Niu Tian, Jianggan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province for Rmb986 million.
The land parcel has a site area of about 23,592 square metres and a total gross floor area of about 76,792 square metres. The parcel of land is for residential use.
Following the acquisition, Yuexiu Property's land bank in the Yangtze River Delta region reaches 2.46 million square metres, and the company's development scale in the region is further expanded.
