China Galaxy Securities (CGS) (06881) said it has ceased to employ Huo Xiaoyu as a member of the Executive Committee and the Vice President with immediate effect, as she cannot perform her duties.
Huo was directed to cooperate with the judicial authority of the People's Republic of China due to personal reasons, according to previous statement by the company.
The current business operations of CGS remain normal.
