Agile Group (03383) said it has issued non-public domestic corporate bonds in the amount of Rmb3,000 million at coupon rate of 4.98% per annum for a term of 4 years to qualified institutional investors in The People's Republic of China today.
The net proceeds will be used to repay certain of Agile Group and its subsidiaries' existing indebtedness and for supplementing the liquidity of domestic subsidiaries purposes.
