Dongfeng Motor Group (00489) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 June 2016 dropped 1.8% year-on-year to Rmb6,759 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb78.45 cents.
The revenue was Rmb57,133 million, a decrease of 13.2% from a year earlier.
Gross profit fell 7.7% year-on-year to Rmb7,776 million. The comprehensive gross margin increased by 0.8 percentage point to about 13.6% from 12.8% of last year.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
