FSE Engineering (00331) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended 30 June 2016 rose 8% year-on-year to HK$161 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$0.42.
The revenue was HK$3,472 million, an increase of 22.9% from a year earlier.
Gross profit grew 11.6% year-on-year to HK$372 million, whereas the overall gross profit margin dropped to 10.7% from 11.8%.
The proposed final dividend is HK9.4 cents (2015: Nil) per share, payable on or about 15 December.
